Summary Note
A birds eye view of Pensacola, looking north and northeast from the San Carlos Hotel, circa 1910. In the foreground can be seen the Escambia County Courthouse with its clock and closed tower windows, a view of Palafox Street and the streetcar line. Near the center in the distance can be seen the Louisville and Nashville Railroad depot and to the right, below the water tower, the Vernon Hotel. Also shown in the photograph are the First Methodist Church (upper left) and the First Presbyterian Church, east of the courthouse. The B. A. Davis marbleworks can be seen lower right center.
