Photographs of hurricane damage in Pensacola in 1926 taken by Dorothy Burrow. Photographs include the Bayou Grande bridge, Bayview Park, Palafox Wharf, Sander's Beach, the streetcar bridge over Bayou Chico, and Well's Fish House.

Rights Statement Note

Dorothy Burrow took these photographs with her Brownie camera according to a letter within the Burrow Papers. Her father, who operated Burrows Press, had many of them made into postcards and widely printed. These scans are from the original photos taken by Dorothy in her papers in the West Florida History Center.
