Summary Note

The 1904 Edition of The Florida Sentinel ran a page titled "Some Residences of Colored Families of Pensacola" featuring homes of prominent African-Americans in Pensacola, Florida. This photograph was titled "Residence of I. L. Purcell, Esq., Attorney and Counsellor at Law." This was probably 903 N. Reus Street, Pensacola, per the 1905 Pensacola City Directory.
