Scope and Contents

Records, 1948-1999, of the Pensacola Dinner Club, Inc., an affiliate of the Associated Clubs, Inc. (Men's Supper Clubs) of Topeka, Kansas. Records include minutes of directors, financial statements, newsletters, correspondence and contracts with visiting speakers, bylaws and other operating records.

The Pensacola Dinner Club was an organization that conducted social and educational dinner meetings wherein members could hear programs of national speakers on a variety of topics. Membership from the 1940s through the 1960s Included many civic leaders, businessmen and others, and speakers were often procured through the Associated Clubs, Inc. (Topeka, Kansas) who provided speakers for Associated Clubs (Men's Supper Clubs) throughout the United States. The Pensacola Dinner Club disbanded at the end of the 1998-1999 season.
